Who are Peak Roofing?

Peak Roofing Ltd are York based roofing contractors with over 30 years experience in commercial and domestic roofing, covering the whole of North, South, East & West Yorkshire. We carry out slating and tiling for numerous National and Regional Housebuilders on developments up to 500 properties as well as for Housing Associations, Retirement Apartments, Individual Self-builds and Domestic Re-roofs.

Our team of fully qualified tradesmen are experienced in all types of slating, tiling and leadwork. All hold City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications and have CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification, so you can be assured of a quality job every time.
We currently complete around 400 roofs per year totalling in excess of 5,000 roofs to date.

Commercial Roofing

With over 30 years experience in the new build housing market for many of the Nations housebuilders and Housing Associations, we are able to offer an exceptional service at a competitive price. We work in accordance with all current NHBC/Premier Guarantee standards and provide manufacturers tile fixing specifications for every development.

All our tradesman are CSCS card holders. We are SMAS accredited and hold £5m public liability insurance. Our operatives undergo regular ongoing health & safety training and site specific RAMS are issued prior to commencing any new developments.
We are able to work with our clients to provide advice on product suitability and budget costings at the planning stage. Our direct accounts with manufacturers together with our buying power enable us to offer highly competitive prices without sacrificing service or quality.
